What does PictMagic do?
Starting from product photos and a creative brief, it plans and generates a set of product images: a white background main image, secondary images and A+ modules, which you keep refining on the same canvas.
Do I need to write a prompt for every image?
No. The purpose and prompt of each image are planned from the product photo, the brief and the set you chose. You can read and change them before generating.
What do I need to prepare?
At least one product photo. You can upload several and mark the primary one; white or transparent backgrounds work best. Reference images are optional and only express style, scene or layout. They do not define the product.
What if I have no dimensions or packaging details?
PictMagic asks during planning. You can add what you can confirm, or replace that image with content you can support. The number of images in the set stays the same.
When are credits spent?
Opening the canvas only analyses and plans; it does not generate images. You get an exact quote before generating and the run is submitted after you confirm. An image that produces no result costs nothing.
What happens when one image fails?
The failed image stays in the plan and the finished ones are untouched. Retry that one image manually; a retry also needs a confirmed quote.
Can I change things after generating?
Yes. Ask for a change in the conversation, apply the proposal and regenerate the chosen images. You can also pause the queue and come back to the same project later.
Are product details and text always accurate?
No. PictMagic works from the product photos you upload and avoids inventing dimensions, packaging and similar facts, but AI-generated results can still be wrong in details or text. Check every image before use and regenerate the ones you are not happy with.
Where are projects and images stored?
The creative task, the conversation, the assets and the results are saved in the cloud with the canvas project. Open the same project to continue. A+ modules download separately.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes, for commercial listings, as long as you follow your marketplace and product terms.
